Hogwarts BANS study of Wand Lore, All books locked away in Restricted Section, Professors feel ‘trapped’ in the castle
Writes gossip correspondent Philomena Pest
Students at Hogwarts will no longer be taught Wand Lore, as the castle’s own compendium of books are thrown into the libraries Restricted Section, out of sight and mystifyingly out of reach. This sudden and swift decision was made without parental knowledge, meaning that if any darling students wish to receive an education in this broadest, and most essential of core studies, they should seek transfers to the nearest available schools, that is to say, darling, Durmstrang Institute or Beauxbatons Academy.
Many youngsters at the castle have found themselves put out by this unfair decision, now desperate and deprived of the one thing they longed for most: knowledge. ‘Wonder what is in there to make it so dangerous.’ said one student, despondent and denuded by the impounding of the books.
Gaston Reuter, Professor of Magical Theory and biding Librarian is thought to be powerless to these changes, and is among a long list of professors who are rumoured to be feeling ‘trapped’ at the castle, believing that their residencies would have been far less ‘permanent’ than they are. This and the Triwizard Tournament has created quite the rocky atmosphere, as faculty cling onto their last tethers, and students wallow in their half-hearted, half-missing education. *smoky laugh*
