To the Headmistress Aoife O’Keeffe, staff and students of Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry.
It is in my deepest regrets that I and my team of aurors made wrongful judgments while carrying out the arrest of Oreyn Fox. A matter that should have been handled in a delicate manor.
