Another headmaster another problem. You’ve come to us to find out the happenings from last nights fiasco! Just a word from the editors, The Owl Post does not claim to know all the things, we just report what we see!
Last night was a jumble for some and terror for others. We were interrupted during muggle studies with a tolling of the bell and some curious lights happening. What was going on? Professor Jacobs released students early from class and we set out on investigating, although we were probably not supposed to. This Jr Editor walked into the courtyard by the clocktower just in time for all the gossip! Aurors from the ministry were here to arrest Professor Fox! Our beloved headmaster and all his quirky goodness! Naturally, we’re all inquiring to ourselves, what now? Professor Fox, however, didn’t seem shocked in the slightest. In fact, he stood there with his bubble pipe and calmly asked the questions. It seemed one of the aurors thought Professor DracheBlume was a threat as well. When I arrived, she was already in ropes!
Fast forward, a little arguing on both sides, Hogwarts and the ministry. When I say Hogwarts, I do mean HOGWARTS. Students gathered in the courtyard were shouting their opinions out. “You can’t arrest them!” “Release our Herbology professor!”… Honestly, I’m pretty sure I heard a few insults directed at the Aurors… How gracious of them to not throw the entirety of the Hogwarts population into Azkaban!
No. Really… we have to work on our composure as a school, I think.
While it seemed the Head of the Magical Law Enforcement thought Professor Fox would come quietly, it seemed our brilliant Headmaster had other plans. Fireworks erupted, at least I think they were fireworks… no one was burned it seemed, then Professor Fox was gone! Where did our Headmaster go? Well we wouldn’t have a chance to find out as we were quickly ordered by Aurors and professors into our common rooms until further notice. As we sat with all sorts of questions, we got a new notice today from Professor O’Keeffe. An assembly! What’s it about?
As I’m sure you’re all assuming, I’m about to give you the basics of what went down. Professor O’Keeffe and the other professors looked extremely upset over the previous days events.
“The accused, Is to be arrested under suspicion of obstruction of justice and impeding an investigation of the Ministry of Magic.”
Professor O’Keeffe seemed to want us to hear it all from her before we read it in the papers… so maybe it’s a good thing I waited to publish this! She went on to encourage us to be loyal to Hogwarts and in turn Professor Fox as our Headmaster. Protection of the school has been increased and it’s exam times still! How much are we expected to do at this crucial time in our life. How do you feel about this situation? Write to our mailbox and we’ll get those owls published in a brand new article called “Let’s Discuss!” Do you stand with Hogwarts? Are you supporting this arrest? Let us know!
