The tea and other spices will tint the white chocolate brown. You could also make this with normal chips.
Ingredients
- 1 (14 oz.) can Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 2 cup white chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon cardamom
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon cloves
- 1 bag black tea, opened to dump leaves out

- 12 x 9-inch baking pan
- Parchment paper

Instructions
- Line a 9 x 9-inch baking pan with parchment paper, draping edges over the side so you can pull it out.
- In a small saucepan, combine the chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk over medium heat.
- Stir the mixture until the chocolate chips melt and you achieve a smooth consistency.
- Add all remaining ingredients and continue mixing until fully combined and allow spices and tea to blend into the mix.
- Pour the fudge into the prepared pan.
- Place in refrigerator until fudge is set, about 1 hour
