It’s the article a lot of you have been waiting for- an exclusive look at the biggest muck up of the year that happened just last month! There was chaos when it happened, and there’s been speculation ever since. What exactly happened on November 9th, 2029 during Care of Magical Creatures? Was Julia Orfein’s probably deserved fall into the pit an accident or an evil scheme!? Did Robert Wraith have anything to do with it? Where has Wraith even gone!? Well, I’m here with facts, speculation and everything you need to know about this whole incident! Of course everything will be prefaced with ‘allegedly’, ‘apparently’, ‘reports say’ and ‘supposedly’.
On November 9th, 2029, Robert Wraith allegedly tried to murder Julia Orfein during a Care of Magical Creatures clas by supposedly flipPendoing her off the edge of a very tall cliff into a pit below. Why was Julia Orfein conveniently on the edge of a cliff? Well we were participating in a CoMC class that involved an illusioned fight against a Nundu. In this illusion of a fight, the students were all convinced that Jamie Koslarevic was in mortal danger and were throwing spells at a fake Nundu to try stopping it. All in all, a harmless exercise in self defense.
Unfortunately, reports say this chaotic scene was the perfect time for Robert Wraith to allegedly point his wand not to the Nundu but to Julia Orfein- supposedly! This intrepid reporter was there and can say without a shadow of a doubt that the mingy Slytherin was in fact not in the exact direction of the Nundu- in fact she was very nearly the opposite direction of said beast. Still, the spell went flying allegedly as most of the class was distracted! And supposedly Julia Orfein was sent flying into the pit! Allegedly, Professor Xiran saved her because the fifth year seemingly forgot she had a wand and could save herself. Allegedly.
Robert Wraith was then frozen, allegedly, by a student who saw him point his wand at Julia Orfein in the chaos. He was kept after class with the victim and those who witnessed the apparent attack. After that, Wraith didn’t return to the Gryffindor common room. Supposedly, he was kept in the isolation room- only allowed out for classes. Then, after the 15th of November, no one has seen or heard from Robert Wraith, allegedly. However, rumors did make note of a DMLE officer supposedly walking through the school to the seventh floor on the 16th. No one reportedly saw her walk out.
And that’s where our story ends. Or is it!? What if I were to say that I allegedly have a handwritten confession from Wraith, ready for you to read here, in the Owl Post?! This reportedly shows why he did as well! So let’s see it! Remember, this is all alleged and reportedly.

Robert Wraith: “She has been threatening everyone all year and if the nundu got her we’d have more time to save Jamie anyway. Now how’d you know what I was doing?”
Jericho Rothenberg: “When someone threatens torture you don’t turn around and murder them. That’s an escalation we don’t need. What if Julia landed on Jamie? What if the Professor had to stop trying to save Jamie to save Julia and they got killed in the meanwhile?”
Robert Wraith: “I just wanted her gone between her and Almeda constantly threatening me and my friends I can’t take the stress why you think Meli has given me calming draught. I didn’t think about any other stuff obviously cause I saw an opportunity to remove a threat to me and my friends and I took it.”
Robert Wraith: “I wasn’t fully sure I was gonna hit her myself till the last moment. As the words left my lips the wand moved toward Orfein.”
Robert Wraith: “I have been trying to between the nightmares, the threats to my friends, me dad, It’s just so much. I try to talk I do but sometimes it feels like I should just not especially when people point out other’s situations it makes me feel like if I say stuff I’m just whining.”
