Wolf Attack In Hogsmeade 

Hogsmeade is on high alert following a wolf attack. A dark haired woman was set upon by two wolves while standing outside of St. Mungos. Shockingly the woman managed to successfully keep both creatures at bay without any major harm to either herself or the beasts.

Following the attack there has been a significantly high DMLE presence in the village, especially during the arrival of students on the Hogwarts express.

The Investigation Continues 

Familiar foreign faces have been spotted in Diagon Alley, Hogsmeade and the Ministry of Magic. After the recent reconstruction of the DMLE, the Ministry has picked back up the investigation into the murder of Matvey Golovin. Sources say the evidence is piling up against the suspect, Dragomir Gvozdic, the man who is rumoured to have killed the Durmstrang Headmaster so that he could take his place.

Obituaries 

Jamie Wallace Born on March 19, 1937 to Glen and Cassandra Carraway. Died December 18, 2028 at the age of 91. A beloved educator, she taught Art for 14 years at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. She was the wife of the late Jeremiah Wallace. Survived by brothers, Thomas and Vincent Carraway; daughters, Della Braxton, Selene Owens and Colleen Rowley; sons, Curtis and Erik Wallace; eight grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
