Happy Easter! Got lots of those cream eggs and you don’t want to just eat them as is? Make fudge! Don’t have any eggs and want a try at making them yourself I shared a recipe for those years back you can read it here
Ingredients
- 2 1/4th cups Chocolate chips
- 1.3 cups Tin Carnation Condensed Milk
- 3 Creme Eggs
To decorate:
- 1 cup White chocolate chips, melted OR butterscotch chips
- Egg Yellow Food Coloring unless using butterscotch chips
- 6 Creme Eggs or 12 mini cream eggs, cut in half
Equipment needed
- Measuring cups
- Measuring spoons
- Bowls
- Slow cooker
- 9 x 9 pan
- Parchment paper
Instructions
- Polace the chocolate, the condensed milk and the 3 Creme Eggs (cut in half) to the slow cooker.
- Cook on LOW for 50 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes.
- Pour into a pan lined with baking paper and smooth out the top.
- Drizzle over melted chocolate, and decorate with Creme Egg halves.
- Refrigerate overnight and then cut into chunks.
