Saturday was supposed to be a day of love, dancing, maybe a little heartbreak. All week long students submitted hearty party rose requests and were delivered roses schoolwide! Pinks, Purples, Reds, Whites, the whole school was covered in roses! That was… until the Ministry stormed the dance.
Music was blaring, kids were dancing, a little ironic there was food containing fish served… I myself was dancing and having a good time with our editor. Nearing the end of the dance the doors slammed open and in marched Dorchester, Leech, Boris, Knotts, Fallax, and Ironhand. Apparently our new handlers? Leech stole food, as if she needed it, from a student and grabbed up another putting his face into a plate of food. Knotts was eating the food. Boris sulked around like a dark cloud. Fallax never left Dorchester’s side, and Ironhand slouched around looking threatening with that gauntlet of his. These are the ones invading our school. We were asked where our beloved Headmistress Fischer and Deputy Headmaster Fox were. As we looked around, half expecting the Headmistress to appear solely on the fact she’s done it before, no one could answer her. Dorchester didn’t seem surprised though. Almost as if she knew she wouldn’t find them here. Our very own Ravenclaw Head of House as well as a matron, groundskeeper, librarian and a few other staff members stood up to Dorchester and were asked to meet in the staff lounge… What went on behind those doors? More secrets? Will our professors tell us?
Immediately following the returning to our commons to change into our uniforms. Which by the way… new rule states Uniforms at all times. How rude! Professor Green called a meeting with all of Ravenclaw. Perhaps a few Ravenclaw students can answer us? Or will they keep it to themselves? Our COMC professor was carried out of the great hall under the arm of Boris himself. That’s not how you handle a dwarf! What does this mean for Hogwarts staff? We also learned between a heated discussion between the Charms and the Potions professor that Owsley is apparently a traitor? What in the world is going on! We need answers, and I believe we deserve those answers. We all know Hogwarts has its ups and downs. That much is apparent thought the constant Daily Prophet articles. Did they catch our rebuttals? Our responses to their absolutely absurd article? Or did they read S.E.R.P.E.N’s letter directing their attention to the Owl Post?
My own response presumed a question to Dorchester herself, “Are you ready Dorchester? “ I had asked. So let’s ask it again. Dorchester, are you ready? You may think you’ve taken over the school but are you absolutely sure?
