Dear Lucky Ladd,
I’m new to Quidditch this year, barely cared for flying a broom before. A lot of the others on different teams, even mine. Well they soar around the skies like they own it. Years of practice. I signed up as every house needs players. I wanted to do my part. Now I half wish I backed out. Just an imposter in the clothing who made the team. I don’t want to let my house or friends down on or off the field. Should I hang it up before the games?
Kid Badger
Dear Kid Badger
Feeling like an imposter, are ya? Happens to the best of us, even the ones that look like they were born to fly! The Nine of Wands tells us that you’ve got the discipline of a seasoned warrior. It’s all about having a good go! You joined because your house needed you, and that already proves you’ve got courage. Don’t tug on your cape, don’t spit into the wind, just keep turning up your chin! Steady as you go! Remember, the broom doesn’t make the flier, the heart does.
Fly true,
Lucky Ladd

Dear Lucky Ladd,
Older students act like they are too cool for everyone. Is there a charm or secret move to break through their grumpy shell and make friends? Or should I just ignore them until they come around?
The Raccoon
Dear The Raccoon,
All the older students acting like a buncha old codgers then? Don’t go wasting any of your spark trying to impress or let them hit your dimmer switch. The Five of Wands has rolled up in reverse. It’s letting us know about their pride issues. Just keep it charming, easy and fun. Your confidence will be the real spell in this duel. When they realize that you ain’t fussed at all? That’ll melt them faster than a chocolate frog in the sun.
Keep your spark bright,
Lucky Ladd

Dear Lucky,
I think my boyfriend is cheating on me. What should I do?
The Second Fiddle
Dear The Second Fiddle,
Suspicion’s a nasty potion to brew, innit? The Eight of Pentacles says your magic’s better spent mastering your own charms rather than chasing his shadows. This card’s about skill, focus and self worth. If he’s not meeting you spell for spell, don’t waste your energy trying to mend what he keeps breaking. Pour your efforts into what makes you shine! Your swagger is your strongest enchantment. When the right wizard stands beside you, you won’t have to cast a single charm to keep him.
Keep your sparkle brewing,
Lucky Ladd
