To our Head Boy and our Head Girl, we thank you. Thank you for all the times you’ve spent throughout these years, especially this last one, holding our hands while we wandered aimlessly through these corridors. Thank you for always being there to lend an ear while we fussed over homework and exams. Thank you for all the advice you gave and all the lectures you gave. We appreciate everything you’ve done for us and we wish you many more adventures. Hogwarts will always be your home and we your family.
To give you something to part with, here’s a few words from those who have grown to know and care about you throughout the years.
Bon Voyage! I hope you both get everything you dream of. I hope your lives take you to glorious places!
-Zaira Hurly
Dear Bonnie, your insight and guidance has always been a great inspiration.
-Andrea Fawcett
Bonnie, Cary, what can I say? It wouldn’t be Hogwarts without you both. When I came here I was coming from a completely different world, and though I know we had our difficulties understanding each other because of that sometime, I wouldn’t want to be in this world with anyone else.
Bonnie, when I was at my lowest you were the first to come to my side and see if I was okay. I know we had some issues because of what happened with the ministry, but I’ve never stopped appreciating you and your friendship for those moments.
Cary, you introduced me to so many I now call best friends, including you Giant!
Lets go into our next chapters without losing touch with each other, and never forget all the things we’ve been through together.
Love, Always.
-Mathilda Botts
Thank you for helping me so much with dueling and setting an awesome example. Also thank you Bonnie for helping us create such awesome things in artifice♥
-Peach McCants
You guys have been awesome. You were there for help when I needed it and have been great role models. I will surely miss you both next year.
-Iain McAlpin
I can’t even begin to say how much you two mean to me.
Cary, you saved my life at the rave and completely changed my attitude towards you from that day on. Remember how I used to be terrified of you, after you nearly bludgered me into oblivion at our quidditch match in my second year? Well, we got past that, and ever since I am proud to see how far you’ve come, and all you still aim to achieve.
Bonnie, ever since last summer we have also grown closer, and learned so much about each other; you are one of my my greatest heroes, I hope you realise that. I cannot even begin to imagine school without you, but as always, I promise to make you proud and aim to never disappoint. You haven’t heard the last of me!
I do not know when we will see each other again, but I hope that it is very soon, and under the best of circumstances. I love you guys.
-Talula Shippe
Goodbye and Farewell, Bonnie and Cary! You both will be missed but know you’ll do great out in the world. Don’t forget us too soon!
-Connal Walsh
Having known you for just three years, I still noticed the enormous impact you two have made on the school. You were there to provide help, to support, to guide and teach. Starting with Bonnie’s tutoring during Transfiguration classes and her Dueling Club, ending with Cary’s involvement whenever extra hands were needed. I’m sure it’s hard, for all of us, to be saying goodbye. It will be weird – walking around the school once summer is over, and not seeing Bonnie by the grand staircase with her sneakoscope, or going to Dueling club, expecting to see both head students… And yet you wouldn’t be there. But every ending is a beginning, of your own story, a different story, and I’m sure you two will succeed in whatever it is you’re planning to achieve. I wish Bonnie a lot of luck pursuing her career in the Ministry, and wish Cary good luck with Quidditch. You’ll be missed! And I feel like I just wrote one of O’Keeffe’s speeches for the Sunday lunch… But I meant everything I said!

Bonnie – You’ve done so much for me this year, and I have no idea what I’m going to do when I return to school next year and you aren’t here. You were the absolute perfect first head girl, and you inspire me so much to pursue my studies and create. You are the most brilliant person I’ve ever met, and I know you can and will do whatever you set your mind to!
Caryxander – You seem as though you are filled with a lot of joy and that you love to pass that joy onto others, which I can admire. Thank you for all you’ve done for us! I didn’t get to know you all that well, but you were a great first head boy and I hope that you get to go on every adventure you want in life!
-Everlina Kindred
To Cary: I can’t believe we are finishing off the year with a win in something! It’ll surely not be the same without you on the Quidditch team. Plus, you’ve always been helpful off the pitch too. Have fun playing professionally!
To Bonnie: Thank you for bringing Dueling back. It was fun to watch and learn. Hopefully your mark on this year will last for the next few years. Plus, we’ll miss your helpfulness and joyful mood. Have fun!
-Abigail Bluetooth
No one is ever really gone. Wherever you end up in the future I just want to wish you well. Always remember that it is not only our deeds that define us. It is more importantly how we made others feel. You have both left your impact on the students left behind. May all your future endeavours meet with success and good fortune.
–Jayden Lukas
Hey,
I’m going to miss you! I know we didn’t talk very much, but I always thought you were cool, and I wish I did get to know you more. Thanks for always being there for all of us, and thanks for being cool.

-The Peyroux Family
Bonnie, I don’t where to start. Firstly I don’t know what I’m gonna do with out you, you were a really cool friend and it’s gonna kill me when you leave! You kind of stuck your neck out for me and I did the same thing for you. You didn’t change your opinion when I told you what I was doing with you know who and I really am gonna miss that about you! So from my family to you ~ Continuez à pousser et n’abandonnez jamais!
-Ataka Misumi Peyroux
So here’s a health to you Cary and one to you lass,
Let’s drink and be merry all out of one glass.
Let’s drink and be merry, all grief to refrain,
For we may or might never all meet here again.
-Anathema Nitt
Good luck out there in the Real World outside of Hogwarts! It’s been an amazing six years knowing you, and I’m sure we’ll meet again soon — no more than a year, right?
–Emily Neutron
Bonnie and Cary, what can I say. You both taught me so much this year and the past years we’ve had together at Hogwarts. Thank you for helping me with the awkward phases of dueling and spell learning. Thank you for being an ear to vent to and a shoulder to cry on. I am honored to have spent these past six years looking up to both of you. I am going to miss you both so much. Don’t worry, I’ll be pestering you both somehow–even if it is long distance.
-Essa Nazari

-Malisa McKeenan

–Johanna Carstairs

Bonnie-
When you came off the train this last fall, finally, a 7th year, you had no idea the challenges and disappointments that would come our way at Hogwarts. Being a Head Girl wasn’t something that you may have felt as if you were ready to handle, or if you knew you would be good at the position. But from the 7 years (can you believe it’s been 7 years?) that I have known you, I knew you would have the confidence and creativity to be outstanding at the position. I was always told, success is measured by the challenges you face, and every journey, or even, every year here, has prepared you to be successful at Hogwarts and beyond. I would be lying if I said I wouldn’t miss you, but I know that beyond these gates, there is a world for us to dream big and carry on. I will always remember our stories, our laughs, and the way you saw the world; full of color and cogs like on a clock. Congratulations on an inspiring year, I was proud to be by your side. Good Luck in your future. (But make sure you owl me, or I will hunt you down!)
Cary-
What a roller coaster friendship we have had; from close friends to almost strangers. We’ve shared so many great memories together and now we are ready to move forward. I am glad you were in my life through this crazy place we call home and I am excited to see where it will take us. Remember the good times, and not the bad. People will try to destroy when you are too busy looking down. I wish you well and success in the years ahead! Don’t forget to stay in touch.
To the Rest of the Graduating Class –
Be fearless in the pursuit of what sets your soul on fire. Congratulations. I can’t wait to take on the world with you.
-Maddy Hemlock
Best of luck to you, Bonnie and Cary! I know you’ll do amazing things.
–Aleena Jenkins
It’s been great having you both around for my time here at school. What a ride huh? Three years I have known you both but now it is time for you to move on and be grown up’s! That’s really gonna stink. Bonnie, may you forever find what makes you tick! Cary, remember that love is always unconditionered!
-Lynessa O’Connor
Thanks you so much for your leadership and good examples to all of us! I wish you both the most success as you go out to claim the world as your own!
-Kitten Delacruz
Bonnie, you had my back when I was forced to get a haircut and I will always remember that. Also, you were a pretty awesome head girl. Thanks for everything you did for us. All the best for your future!
Cary, outside of the bruises I got from you in quidditch (which I wore like trophies by the way!), I’m a bit sorry I didn’t get to know you better, but you were always kind to me and I appreciate that. Hope you have a great future and achieve all the things you set out to achieve. Maybe we’ll fly again sometime in the future.
-Casey Champion
Bonnie,
Becoming your friend was one of the best things to happen to me last year. You made me laugh after that creep forced a kiss on me and it was the start of one of the best friendships. You’ve been one of my only friends here at school this year, listening to me being an emotional wreck at all hours of the day whether it was the moon or not. We’ve had our ups and downs, times when you made me angry, times we’ve pretended to hate each other, but no matter what, we’ve always had each others’ backs, literally and figuratively. Being your friend has been an adventure and I can only imagine it will continue to be. Don’t forget, I owe you a date- a real one, and I promise it will be great. I… I’m glad that I’ll get to say goodbye to Hogwarts with you at my side, honestly, I couldn’t ask for a better way to do it. I’m looking forward to facing life after Hogwarts with you.
Love,
-Persephone Vitrac
Dander,
Don’t get yourself killed out there.
-Persephone Vitrac
