We will be meeting on the scene of the Hearty Party. There you will find that our elves have supplied us with many herbal teas and other goodies. This will set the stage for today's lesson. Today's class will focus on the bonds we make with creatures. Having a bond with a pet can help to reduce stress, anxiety and depression. Our bond with the animal can ease loneliness; encourage exercise and improve our overall health
