Although it’s Summer-time, the students and members of the Owl Post are always working to keep you connected. Homes and especially your bedrooms, as everyone knows, are places of sanctuary and privacy, where you can truly express yourself. A person’s home shows how their everyday life goes, and their bedrooms speak volumes about their personalities. So, we’re visiting and showcasing the homes, bedrooms, and even yards of our dear students. Asking for willing parties, today’s home that we present to you, belongs to one of our new first years, Eve Kindred.
Introducing Lancelot Lane, the home of soon-to-be first year Everlina Kindred! Tucked away in the trees in Ottery St. Catchpole, this home hides many magical secrets and wonderful memories, past, present, and future!
When you’re done exploring the outside of the home, where many interesting creatures and plants live, you step inside to find there’s an upstairs, and two open rooms to explore!
Straight ahead is the first room, which is the kitchen, where there is tons of food – especially pastries. The child is very fond of baking, and hosting tea parties with the things she conjures in the kitchen!
The room to your left is the sitting room, where the floo entrance lives, along with the family’s barn owl, Tunes. This is a place to gather, read, and drink tea!
Upstairs is another sitting room, which is ideal for arts and crafts, and building pillow forts!
Finally, to the left at the top of the stairs, is Eve’s bedroom. This is a room filled with toys, tarot cards, crystals, arts and crafts, and many other fun and magical things to find. Starry lights twist and dance across the walls and the floor at all hours of the day.
And with that, we conclude our tour. There is much else to see at Lancelot Lane behind these pictures, but you’ll have to explore to do so! Ask Eve to show you around sometime. (( or OOCly pop in by saying ‘Lancelot Lane’ in your nearest Floo! )) Hope to see you there for the next tea party!
Editor’s Note: If YOU would like to showcase your own home or bedroom, please contact Julia Vitrac (justinecannibis) or Persephone Vitrac (alexis1oreily) by owl to work out the details.
