Author and Photographer: Raven Quill
Neck ties, ball gowns, lassies and lads, this Raven Quill has the gift of gab. While we had many gorgeous girls and handsome men awaiting for their dates at a common meet up for the dance in the grand staircase. Others were getting ready elsewhere from mixed houses. The great hall was turned into our very own personal piece of Narnia. Snow covered the hall as well as tree’s and treats. Anyone who attended was most defiantly captivated by the sparkling forest we call our home away from home.
While many of us cozied up next to our dates our friends for the dance we couldn’t help but notice the grand scene of our beloved [unofficial] King and Queen of the dance. It seems the quarrel between the two didn’t end at magical kiss they shared in the great hall. With the embarrassment of Khay Bennet being so forward with his queen, Laren Mulloy couldn’t help but share a cupcake with his King [How cute huh!?]. After the two ran out of the great hall, they continued to kinder their feelings for each other right in the courtyard, shared by a few of their on looking friends. To the Raven Quills amazement, buttons with Kharen’s [Khay+Laren] picture we put on them and passed throughout the student body as more encouragement to not be afraid to express their love to be our king and queen. Defiantly a love story of our time to not be forgotten
